I've generated the templates early this year, no particular reason, I'm not making my calendars yet. See last year's post for an example.
The templates are available in psd (modifiable, everything is on layers) and jpg format.
The psd files include guides, there's a frame where the image should go. If you are using the jpegs in Photoshop (why?) then the provided actions will put guides in place for ensuring the image is properly aligned with the calendar table. There is an image description layer in the psd files, you can optionally make this visible and edit the text to describe your image.
